At KAAVAS, every luxury perfume and premium fragrance we ship is crafted and packaged with care. Because fragrances are personal, hygiene-sensitive products, our Return & Refund Policy is designed to protect both the authenticity of what we sell and the trust our customers place in us. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return, replacement, or refund.
1. Return Window
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product meets the eligibility criteria outlined below. Requests raised after this window may not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
A return is generally eligible only under the following circumstances:

3. Damaged Products
If your luxury perfume or fragrance gift set arrives visibly damaged, please:

4. Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive a different perfume, size, or variant than what you ordered:

- • Attach a clear photo of the received item.
We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped at no additional cost and organize the return pickup of the incorrect item.
5. Missing Products
If your order arrives with one or more items missing:

We will investigate and resolve the issue by either:
- • Shipping the missing item.
- • Issuing an appropriate refund.
6. Manufacturing Defects
If you notice a genuine manufacturing defect, such as a faulty spray mechanism or a sealed bottle that does not function correctly:
- • Contact us with complete details.
- • Share a short video demonstrating the issue wherever possible.
Eligible defective products will be replaced or refunded.
7. Replacement Policy
Where a product is eligible under this policy (damaged, defective, wrong item, or missing), KAAVAS will offer:
- • A replacement of the same product, subject to stock availability.
- • If the exact product is unavailable, you may choose:
- • An alternative fragrance of equal value, or
- • A full refund.
8. Exchange Policy
Exchanges for reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect delivery (such as a change of mind about a fragrance note) are generally not supported due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of perfumes.

- • Verify all product details before placing your order.
9. Refund Process, Timeline & Method
9.1 Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and, where applicable, the item is received and inspected by our team, we will initiate your refund.
9.2 Refund Timeline
- • Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days of approval.
- • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refunded amount.
9.3 Refund Method
Refunds are issued to:
- • The original payment method used during checkout.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders (if available):

12. Return Shipping Charges
- • If the return is due to a KAAVAS error (damaged, defective, wrong, or missing item), we will cover 100% of the return shipping charges.
- • If a return is approved for any other reason at our discretion, the return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
13. Non-Returnable Products & Hygiene Policy
Because perfumes and fragrances are classified as hygiene-sensitive personal care products, the following categories are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
13.1 Opened Perfumes
- • Once the seal or cap of a perfume bottle has been opened, it cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
- • Exceptions apply only in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects or transit damage.
13.2 Used Perfumes
- • Any perfume that has been sprayed, sampled, or used in any way is non-returnable.
- • This follows standard hygiene practices across the fragrance industry.
13.3 Discovery Sets
- • Discovery sets and sample sets become non-returnable once opened.
- • Individual vials cannot be resealed or resold after use.
13.4 Gift Products
- • Perfumes purchased as part of a gift set or promotional gift-with-purchase are non-returnable once opened or unwrapped.
- • Exceptions apply only if the products arrive damaged or defective.
13.5 Sale Items
- • Clearance sale products.
- • Products marked as "Final Sale".
These products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or in cases of a genuine manufacturing defect.
